The complete genome sequence of Listeria monocytogenes strain S2542 and expression of selected genes under high-pressure processing

Abstract Objectives The study aims to generate the whole genome sequence of L. monocytogenes strain S2542 and compare it genomes strains RO15 ScottA. In addition, we aimed gene expression profiles S2542, ScottA after high-pressure processing (HPP) using ddPCR. Results indicates that this belongs serotype 4b, in contrast previously reported 1/2a.
